I now live on a smallholding bafflingly close to Luton after many years working on regeneration projects in south London. I'm long-time member of the British Film Institute and the Script Factory, So that got me started - my first book, about the horse in film, was published in 2012. My historical mystery novel, Wayland's Revenge, is set in 17th century England and features ex-soldier and blacksmith Wayland. And I'm always looking for new stories about horses in film or TV. 

I have twice been a Runner-up Prizewinner in the annual British National Short Screenplay Competition and is a past Time Out and Jim Beam Whiskey Cult Film Buff of the Year. My story Blues to Orange, about a farmer ruined by the foot and mouth outbreak, was a Luton Literary Prize Winner.
