I am now retired, but in my "other" life I was a Marketing Promotions Manager for Hotels.  I was a Systems Analyst for Small Business Computers.  An Actor for many years, more in Theatre than film.  I have traveled to Africa, London, Ireland, Paris, Mexico and Hawaii, many times.  Writing my first book in 1990, I only had one publisher interested, then they "bowed out".  I finally published my book on Amazon in November 2014.  It is my first childrens' book. Since then I have published several books on Amazon and December 2014 worked with another Author to publish "NED", a KINDLE short story with a Paranormal twist.
