ROLF RICHARDSON had an English father and Norwegian mother so was born to travel at a time when this was not that usual. Two years in the military learning to fly was a good start and this was followed by 25 years as an airline pilot, ending as a 747 captain. After that came travel photography, over 15,000 images sold over the years, then another spin-off from that as cruise ship lecturer. History, politics, aviation and sixty years in the travel business have now come together in a series of 'Easy Read' thrillers.
