Rob Smith currently lives and writes from Ohio's North Coast. Recently, he refurbished an 1850's house that was originally constructed by a ship's carpenter and lighthouse keeper.
He's also working on "Keelhouse," the sequel to "Night Voices" and has plans for a fourth "McGowan" novel.
