Information
I first got the idea for The Demon Inside after watching an old rerun of the movie, The Secret Lives of Walter Mitty. I'd read the book in high school and remember clearly being able to relate to Mitty, since I spent most of my classroom time daydreaming. I thought it would be interesting to create a character that lived in a fantasy world of his own creation like Mitty, but where Mitty retreated into his worlds to escape a nagging wife, my character did so to escape his memories, and so The Zone War was born.
