There are two people who call me mom and they are my first loves. My daughters Mallorie and Melinda are my constant muses and inspiration. I have always had a love for writing, especially non-fiction. My love research has allowed me the opportunity to assist students of academia in writing theses, term papers, and dissertations in a variety of research areas. Currently I am completing my first fiction novel “Beneath the Mist’ to be released in the early part of 2007, with the start of my second novel “Celena’s Burden” for release in 2008. My book of short stories titled “Jus’ Ramblin” was released in May of 2006 and is available through Amazon.com In 2006 I served on the development team for the recently released “Chicken Soup for the African American Woman’s Soul.”
