Mona R. Adams was born in Rockingham County in the state of Virginia but spent her entire life in the Blue Ridge Mountains of West Virginia where she raised a family of five beautiful children. Dedicating her life to further education and the love of poetry this book was compiled of some of her favorite stories into poetry. A graduate of Valley College of Beckley, West Virginia. Published works include A Poet’s Treasury in West Virginia; Library of Congress; American Medical Journal; member of Panhandle Poets of WV, member of American Poet's Society. Active in the TWEP[ Today’s Women of the Eastern Panhandle] and a member of the Red Hat Society; Editor's Choice Awards of Poetry.Com Dedicated writings to the American Cancer Society and inspirational poetry to the Relay for Life where her motto remains “ Love Above All”. Inducted into American National Honor Society 2009
