I was a child of the sixties so I was fascinated by altered states of consciousness. I began exploring human potential in the seventies and haven't stopped yet. I am the author of seven books including Dance of Power and Mastering the Toltec Way.

I grew up in NYC and never quite fit in anywhere. We moved to a rural town in VT when I was 13. I spent a lot of time out in nature and began to explore spirituality and altered states.
I have had the great fortune to study with many indigenous healers, spiritual teachers and shamans. In 1989 I completed my apprenticeship to become a Nagual and Toltec Master. I’ve spent time with a shaman in the jungles of the Amazon and had some incredible adventures in pursuit of my spiritual quest on this great planet.
My first book Dance of Power was published in 1992. I love writing and helping people achieve personal freedom in their own lives.
