"Mother's Journals: parts 1, 2 & 3" is my first novel. It covers 3 generations of women in one family. Margery dies, leaving her journals to her only daughter, Mary. Mary learns of the many trials and hardships her mother had endured and secrets that no one spoke of during her lifetime. Mary's neice, Ellen has trials of her own, and torrid love affairs. This book may prompt a few cold showers, and is intended for a mature audience only due to some graphic content. This was written to illustrate the difference between both the good and the bad relationships, as well as how women of another generation dealt with trials of abuse, rape and family problems. Most of the experiences I have written about have happened to me, to others I have known and many I now know. Some people do not understand what abuse is, and this was my way of offering a little education while providing entertainment.
