I've taken Creative Writing in high school, as well as a few classes in college. My major influences are Ann M. Martin, Christopher Pike, and the various authors of romance and erotica I've read. I started this story back in high school, and decided one night to just revise it, make it better. I posted it on my myspace, and a few friends told me to try to get it published. My husband said "What's the worst they can say? No?" So I submitted it, and got approved. I'm so happy. It's not for the money, though, it's more for the experience.
