I have always been a prisoner to the written word. I believe everything I read...even conflicting viewpoints. I don't know what I think unless I see what I write.
Officially:
I am an award-winning freelance writer born and reared in Oregon, currently living in Wickenburg, Arizona. I've garnered awards for works in nonfiction as well as fiction, and my articles have appeared in local, regional and national publications.
I also teach writing classes, seminars, and have several power point/programs available.
Married with two grown sons, I'm an accomplished sailor, having made several ocean passages, and enjoy horseback riding, fishing, hiking, camping and riding motorcycles. I like to think I'm also an accomplished photographer and painter, but I may be the only one who thinks so!
A Portland, Oregon, Lincoln High School graduate, I earned my B.A. Degree in English at Portland State University, and received a Masters Degree from Lewis and Clark College.
