Annie is an ordained minister and holds a Ph.D in religion. She has been practicing in the Holistic Health field for over 25 years. She has been a Reiki Master for more than 20 years and holds Certifications in Usui and Karuna Reiki, Aromatherapy, Kripalu Yoga, Reflexology, Clinical Hypnotherapy, and spiritual life coach. Parallel to this, she has been a Holistic Health Educator and practitioner for the last twenty-five years. In 1992, Annie founded Vitality Training Center in California, a state approved School and clinic, and developed a 1000 hour curriculum. After releasing her school to former students, she took the next step on her path and Retreat and Heal was born. Annie authored two new books released this fall. The first book is 101 Ways to Improve Your Health, where Annie's wisdom is included along with other prominent authors.
