Information
For 35 years I wrote songs, now and then a complete musical. One day I woke up with an idea for a story that was not a song, so I started writing. Before long I had a book. When I moved back to NC, I entered a historical short story contest and won 2nd place. The following year I won 1st place, and again the year after that. Now I get depressed if I don't write something every day. It's a heady narcotic. I also have published a friend's non-fiction, which is scarier than anything I could have dreamed up. Midnight Whistler Publishers is now a viable reality.
