Rosemary Nourse has been a psychiatric registered nurse and published writer for 16 years, most recently, she is the director of psychiatric clinical research for the largest private psychiatric practice in the Lehigh Valley. She is also a devoted mom, member of her community, wife, friend, sister, athlete, hobbyist, etc. In other words; she is the typical American woman.

Information
I love to write about the areas and people where I grew up, presently live and work and instill them into my settings and stories; such as eastern Pennsylvania, parts of New Jersey, Connecticut and New York. "The Psychiatrist" takes place in eastern Pennsylvania and northern New Jersey, more specifically, the Lehigh Valley, Somerville and the beach town of Avalon. The setting of "Only There" resembles Fairfield, Connecticut and "Courage for Love" is set in Easton, Pa. Though I demand realism and insight in my writing, the characters are fictional. Friends, children and family are very important to me, friends from work, from the neighborhood, from soccer, school and my kid's various events. All of these people and relationships influence me and my writing which I hope is evident. I surround myself with moderate, healthy, non-extremist people from all walks of life.
