I am a Boston University graduate with over 30 years experience in security in Europe. In 2007, I started a second career as a "writer" with two books published by McFarland & Company: Cold War Radio: The Dangerous World of American Broadcasting in Europe, 1950-1989 (March 2009) and Radio Free Europe's Crusade for Freedom: Rallying Americans Behind Cold War Broadcasting (October 2010).
