I have a A.S degree from Edison College and a BA from Evergreen State College. In 2010 I earned a my D.Div. My first published book is called "Innsights, an innsitters tale" published in 2004. My current completed novel is called "Of Good Courage" published Nov. 2008.In 2015 I began writing my third book "Leaf's Banquet of Life", projected publishing date is Spring 2017.
I wrote my first book about the unique business I developed in the early 1990"s in the hospitality business.I was a nationally recognized innsitter. My next book, a two volume book titled "Of Good Courage", comes from my years of work as a social worker and as a survivor of childhood abuse. It is set in Viet Nam era America with two hero's.
I would have to say that my greatest influence as a writer comes from the people I know and from deep within myself. The literary influences in my life have been Baha'u'llah, John Steinbeck, Hermann Hesse, Gavin Maxwell, Rachel Carson, and Archie Fire Lame-Deer.
