Coming from a background in police work for the past 17 years, I find that the most influencing aspect is the law enforcement profession itself. Helping others when they need you the most. Although, i'm a native of Houston, Texas, my career began in Tahlequah, Oklahoma as a reserve deputy sheriff at the Cherokee County, Oklahoma Sheriff's Department. It continues to this day as a sergeant with the Owasso Police Department in Tulsa County.
