I have been writting poetry for my own enjoyment for many,many years, and have always had the ambition to get my poems published, However that ambition seems less and less likely to materialize, still never mind, I still enjoy writting them and hope that you will enjoy reading them.

I'm a would be poet, born and bred in the east end of London. served a while in the army. married three times, and now have eight children, (four of my own and four step children),
My ambitions in life are to live long, be happy, and have my poetry published, (well two out three isn't bad, still waiting to get my poetry published),
I have been married now to my third wife, (genuinly the most wonderful woman in the world, for one year and two months,) and couldn't be happier,
Influences on my writting and my life have been too many to list here, but they include my family, my very good friend Kay Devenish in Austrailia, without who I would probably have given up writting long ago, and of course my new wife, without who nothing would be worth doing.

My most major achievement is to have finaly found happiness, thanks to my wife,
On a lesser scale I have also had one poem published in a book here in England,
I won third rize in the open bush catogory of the Ipswich poetry fest in Austrailia in 2003 (have come nowhere ever since though.lol)
and have had a few poems published in the Indiginous Times in Australia,
