My most fulfilling roles have been that of wife and mother. Yet, once we accomplished the task of raising our children, I suddenly had time to do anything I wanted. This time was just for me and I didn't want to squander my new found gift. So I decided to try a pursuit of my own and see if I could tell a story that others would enjoy.
Since that time I have experienced the extreme low of publisher's rejections, and the ultimate high of a publisher's acceptance. To have my novel published was a huge goal that gave me great personal satisfaction.
