Colin R. Parsons was born on November 8th 1960 in the Rhondda Valley. This is in South Wales in the UK. From the age of ten he was fascinated by reading the book, 'The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe by C. S. Lewis. The idea of walking through a piece of furnature and ending up in another world thrilled him. From school he spent a few years dabbling in short stories.
