Being a third-generation motivational speaker & encourager, I am truly walking in my gifting. I come from a family of fine-tuned people. Having traveled the world, I have had the opportunity to be in many social and professional settings. These experiences have taught me what works and what doesn't. One of my concerns is for people to be successful and happy throughout their life.  So I spend a lot of time encouraging others. Part of me seeing other people successful is to offer advice and to help others view situations in a more open and diverse way.
