My First book ALL BAGGED UP was born from the fact that I had suffered from Ulcerative Colitis for 10 years. I was so ill that I had to have a permanent ileostomy and then had the psychological issues of living with a stoma.

I therefore decided to write my account in order to help the many sufferers throughout the world realise that there is life after a stoma has been formed. This title is underpinned by my Christian faith that helped me cope.
