I'm currently penning the my very first novel, Journey Into YahShua. I am also working on collection of short stories, which I hope to release in the summer of 2014. I love to read both fiction and non-fiction, as well as poetry.  Major literary influences are Zora Neale Hurston, Alex Haley, Langston Hughes, Countee Cullen, Frederick Douglass, Gwendolyn Brooks, Maya Angelou, Nikki Giovanni, Ann Petry, James Baldwin, Phyllis Wheatley, Robert Frost, Edgar A. Poe, and Mekael L.Shane.
