My first recollection of reading was Lucy Walker. Her stories were based in the Australian outback. At the time I lived on the copper mines in Rhodesia and from what I can remember I was enthralled in her books and would save my pennies to buy her books - second hand.

My mother told we that at the age of five I wrote my first book. OK, so no-one could understand what I had written, but my mom said she understood every squiggle.

I have continued to write for my own pleasure. I write about my dreams, funny incidents and people that fascinate me.
