K.R. has been writing all of her adult life, crafting several short stories, poems, and mini-plays, before finally deciding to publish mainstream. Alot of the fictional stories are based on personal experience, people and events encountered along the journey. Some literary influences include: E.Lynn Harris, Eric Jerome Dickey, V.C. Andrews, Stephen King, Alex Haley, and Victoria Holt.
