Having lived on and visited all of the Hawaiian islands as well as traveling throughout Polynesia has provided this author with the passion and knowledge of the history, culture and people. As a "Featured Writer" for the "Kauai Menu Magazine" he includes a bit of history and local culture in all of his writings.
