I graduated from the University of the Pacific in the late seventies with a B.A. in English and a Minor in Communication Arts. I earned a Masters Degree in Education from the University of Nevada, Reno. I taught elementary school for fifteen years, and then graduated to the college level where I taught a variety of English, reading, literature, and writing classes.
