I've been eating all my life.  Ronald McDonald is a Major Influence.  Taking  Hospitality Industry college courses led me to experiment in cooking with alcohol.  It was a major culinary improvement.  Even Betty Crocker uses alcohol in some recipes.  Over the past 10 years, I've collected and altered recipes to culminate in this collection of over 200.  Each month, I add a new recipe to my website at www.TheSpiritWithinCookbook.com to add to the collection.
