My background is in Education. I am also a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force (Reserves). Co-Author Pamela Howard-Oglesby, who is the first licensed funeral embalmer in Savannah, was "inspired by God" to recognize pioneering African-American women in Savannah Georgia who were first in their chosen careers.
