Bob earned a BA in History and English, Colorado State College, Class of 1965, and was commissioned Second Lieutenant in the United States Air Force, shortly followed by attendance at USAF Pilot Training.
After winning his wings, Bob's career included a wide variety of operational flying and staff assignments, including two tours of duty in Southeast Asia.
