I have been studying mind and spirit for over thirty years as a member of the Rosicrucian order (AMORC) and have an honours degree in philosophy and a Ph.D in Psychology. 

I was a volunteer lifeline counsellor and trainer for many years and have also been specifically trained in trauma counseling. 

I am a publlshed author of six books in hardcopy form and six e-books on Amazon.com as well as many articles. These are all directed towards self-help, emotional, psychological and spiritual empowerment.
