Always loved to write, and started trying it on for size when I was about 10... which would mean I probably have a lot of practice, as I was 10 in 1972! Was sidetracked for about ten years into writing screenplays. Snapped out of it when Hollywood (or any independents, for that matter) demonstrated great disinterest. Have been back into prose full time since 2005 or so.

Am well-versed in military and political affairs, and am an inveterate world traveler. Next stop? Very likely the Philippines and Thailand!
