My writing for publication didn't happen until 2008. But I've always loved the written word. In our family, though, my siblings and I gravitated toward the medical/dental field. I've been a dental hygienist since 1984.

One day while cleaning someone's teeth, I wondered, what would happen if a hygienist fell in love with a patient?

An idea took hold. A story was born.

Since then most of my romance novels revolve around dentistry.
