Growing up as an "expat" kid, Stephen was educated at Pangbourne Preparatory School in Berkshire England and Shrewsbury School in Shropshire, boarding schools in the English tradition.
Following graduation from the prestigious Swiss Hotel School in Lausanne, Stephen has worked in and managed hotels in England, Canada, South Africa, Canada and Cyprus.
