I live in Greensboro, North Carolina with my physicist husband and four cats. I'm an anthropologist and have been writing fiction, mostly mysteries and thrillers, for the past five years. I've also written a number of humorous short stories and recently finished a play titled, Our New Thing (a political satire).  I have two books out in my "Mexico" mystery series: A CORPSE FOR CUAMANTLA, and A CORPSE FOR THE MATADORA. I also have two books out in my P.I. Polly Bergen series set in Hollywood: HOLY DEATH, and HOLY MOLE MURDER.
