With an eclectic background in the business world (secretary, retail business owner, commission sales, internet business) and a mother, grandmother and great-grandmother - Whoa.  How did I find time to write a book?  Well, since I had time to lose the same 40 pounds over and over - and over and over,  finally discovering a healthy way to lose that flab and keep it off almost required that I write about it.  Now that I've done it, I can't stop.
