I write to tell stories that will entertain and inspire people.  I entertain with speculative elements; I hope to inspire with my explorations about human nature.  I particularly look to speak to LGBT concerns.

I have been inspired by a number of people, but no author moreso than Anne Rice.  Her combination of the dark and horrific with the truly human longings and quests in life deeply affected me.
