Tiffany A. Higgins has always had a love for books. She has been writing poetry and stories for as long as she can rememeber. We've Seen Santa was originally a bedtime story for her daughter when she was two-years old. She compiled a collection of these stories and began submitting them to publishers. Her husband, Clark L.
