I write because I can't NOT write, which I have also tried. To me, it's a GOD thing. We're all given gifts/talents and it's up to us to use them for HIS glory. To me, not using our talents is like opening a gift from a beloved friend, putting it in the closet and never  enjoying it.  

I've had my fair share of rejections and disappointments, and these are the times I've quit writing in frustration, feeling like I'm pursuing the wrong plan. But these are also the times I've learned that God will build character, hone our skills, humble us, and grow our faith in Him.
