I have interacted with several compaies and thousands of young candidates, and have discovered one fact. There is always an expectation mismatch, for the candidates as well as the companies.

It  is right on the part of any employer to look for the best candidates, and again it is not wrong if the candidate also wants to get into the best of the employment. But the biggest question is, Can the employer always find the best person and vice - versa?

The answer os Not Often. At times, both companies and candidates need to compromise on their choice.
