When I was twelve years ago, I dragged a typewriter into the attic and began writing. Once I saw my words on the page, I was hooked. Although part of the emotional charge may have come from the bolt of lightning that struck just outside the window while I was writing.

I have a BA from the University of California, Irvine. And I studied creative writing there.

I was also a founding member of the Wellspring Writers' Group.
