I originally trained in graphics but went on to hold down various jobs including Surveyor, Reprographic Technician, Market trader, Vacuum Cleaner Assembler, Care Worker and Community Officer. I now work as a commercial artist creating original art and greeting card designs alongside running a website offering free painting and drawing lessons.

I have written one novel for adults, Dark Trinity, but children's books is where my heart is. To date I have written two books for children and I am working on many more.
