My major influences are Daniel Pink, Seth Godin, Malcolm Gladwell, and Peter Senge. The thrust of my writing is to help organizations transform in a simple manner.

I like to write in a straightforward manner with no jargon and weave real-life stories and anecdotes into the prose. 

My primary motivation to write LiNK was to put forth a book for anyone, in any size organization in order that the reader could adopt simple tactics that will help it transform.
