Major influences in my life have been some exceptional individuals I have had the privilege of meeting and working with during my extensive travels and the written works of Dennis Wheatly, Wilfred Thesiger, Michael Tomkinson and Jack Higgins tend to dictate the style of my writing. My motivation to write is purely pleasure with the pressure of time now finally removed.
