I write to entertain. I have no delusions that my writing will change the way people think. I only hope that it will provide them a momentary break from the mundane as they immerse themselves in a carefully crafted story that captures their imagination.

One subject I find completely dull to write about is that of Hickory Cole.  My life is boring which is why I decided to start making things up.  I'm much better at that than at creating a facinating background to expound upon in a thousand words or less.  I prefer a lot less.  You can thank me later.
