It's always been my lifelong dream to write an historical novel, and now I have! Geneaology has always interested me, and a third cousin of mine told me about some very interesting characters in our shared lineage. One of them was Rebecca Blake Eames, our ninth great-grandmother, who was among the over 140 unfortunate souls who were accused and imprisoned during the Salem Witchcraft Hysteria of 1692. Her story had never been told, and was the perfect spark I needed to write my debut novel, Puritan Witch; The Redemption of Rebecca Eames.
