I started writing as soon as they taught me to hold a pencil. I began to tell stories before that. Neither my parents nor my teachers appreciated my ability to fabricate the truth to suit my own interpretation of life.
As I grew up, I learned to use this ability to bring true stories to life, and I produced many plays and other articles for use within the local church.
