My writing career began as a newspaper columnist for my hometown daily newspaper where I worked from 1986-2007. When I began writing fiction, I wrote in the romance genre, because that was what I enjoyed reading. In 2000, I became the newspaper's composition supervisor. In 2007, I left the newspaper business behind and now do e-book formatting on a freelance basis for “indie” authors and for two publishers. My husband and I still live in our hometown, because we both enjoy the pace of small town living. more...
