I lost 50 pounds in four months, seven years ago.  People are always asking me how I did it and how I have been able to keep the weight off. I was asked so many times that I realized that there was a need that was not being fulfilled. 

 I started helping lots of people do what I did.  I wanted to help even more people, so I wrote two books.
