LM Pampuro writes rambles in her local paper about the demise of good manners and the advancement of bad drivers. At one time she wanted to post the license plates of people who think I-95 is their private playground (think speeding, texting, bobbing, & weaving) however a lawyer friend persuaded her that this wasn't a good idea.
